Questionnaire on live subtiling for the ILSA project
At the EU-funded ILSA (Interlingual Live Subtitling for Access) project, we are trying to identify the profile of the interlingual live subtitler. To do that, we need as much information we can get on the current landscape of intralingual and interlingual live subtitling.
Here you can find three surveys addressing three target groups:
Trainers at Higher Education Institutions (Survey ILSA Higher Education Institutions),
Current practitioners (Survey ILSA Practitioners)
Broadcasters and service providers (Survey ILSA broadcasters and service providers). It would be great if you could find the time to fill in the questionnaire(s) – one or more – closest to your profile by Monday 2nd April.
Your responses are of great value to this project. Needless to say, once the study is completed and analysed, we’ll provide all respondents with a report that, we hope, may provide interesting data about how live subtitling training and practice is being approached around the world.
If you have any questions or concerns or if you want to know more about the project, please feel free to contact Pablo Romero Fresco at p.romero @roehampton.ac.uk.
Thank you very much in advance for your participation.
